1. Service scope

ArchGen provides diagram generation, editing, export, and sharing. We may update and improve the service over time.

2. Accounts & access

Sign in using supported methods and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Credits & billing

• Each generation consumes Credits; failed generations are refunded per policy.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may adjust pricing based on costs and operations.
• Invite bonuses are granted only after eligibility conditions are met (e.g., first successful generation).

4. User content & license

You retain ownership of your inputs and generated outputs. You grant us a limited license to process and display content to provide the service.

5. Prohibited actions

• Illegal, infringing, malicious, or abusive activity.
• Automated scraping, abuse, or bypassing limits.
• Abusing invite or payment mechanisms for improper gain.

6. Sharing & public access

If you publish a share link, the content may be accessed anonymously. Do not include sensitive or infringing information.

7. Disclaimer

Generated outputs may contain errors or be incomplete. Use at your own discretion and risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for violations and reserve the right to take further action.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the service operator's jurisdiction.
